Refund policy

If you don’t love it, then I want you to have a way out of it! From the day you receive the item, you have 7 days to return the jewelry in the original packaging. You will just need to cover the return shipping fee. However, all custom pieces, including the Pure Joy necklace, are not returnable.

Do you allow exchanges?

Typically, yes. BUT - the customer must pay for shipping both ways. You can always contact me and we can figure out the best solution!
