Thanks for shopping with Madeline French Designs. Every piece is made and packed with care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders.
Processing Time
Because many items are handmade or made-to-order, please allow 3-5 days for processing before your order ships.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

During busy seasons, launches, or sales, processing may take a little longer. If that happens, we’ll communicate clearly.
If you need your order by a certain date, email us before ordering at madelinefrenchdesigns@gmail.com and we’ll tell you what’s realistic.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Typical delivery estimates (after the order ships):

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking (if available). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.
Shipping Carriers

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

We can reship it once we receive it back, but the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
If you realize an address is wrong, email us immediately at madelinefrenchdesigns@gmail.com. We can’t guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, delivery issues can happen.

Marked delivered but not received: Check with household members/neighbors, then your local post office/carrier. If still missing, contact us within 1-3 days of the delivery scan and we’ll help you file a claim or start an investigation where possible.

Delayed in transit: Carrier delays happen—especially during holidays. If your tracking hasn’t updated for 1-3 business days, contact us and we’ll assist.
Porch piracy note: If theft is common in your area, consider shipping to a secure address or requesting signature confirmation (if available).
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, email us at madelinefrenchdesigns@gmail.com within [48 hours / 3 days] of delivery with:

Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll make it right (replacement, repair, or another solution depending on the situation and inventory).
Exchanges / Returns (Shipping Portion)
