Have a question?

What is your return policy?

If you don’t love it, then I want you to have a way out of it! From the day you receive the item, you have 7 days to return the jewelry in the original packaging. You will just need to cover the return shipping fee. However, all custom pieces, including the Pure Joy necklace, are not returnable.

Do you allow exchanges?

No exchanges for now!

What is 14k Gold Filled?

It is the best! Gold filled is WAY better than gold plated. It has a thick layer of real gold that is pressure bonded to a base metal. It can last a lifetime if you treat it right. The only material that will come into contact with your skin is real gold, so those with metal allergies typically do really well with gold filled jewelry.

I lost an earring. Will you make me 1 new one so I don’t have to buy a pair?

Yes, as long as supplies are still in stock. You will be charged for ½ of the cost of whichever earrings you are replacing, plus sales tax and shipping.

Will you repair my jewelry if it breaks?

Yes, but it also depends on the situation. If it is fixable, then yes! If it isn’t fixable and broke 30 days after purchase, then we may need to start over. You can send me a email via the contact page and we can figure it out together. I will also need to see the piece to price the cost of repair.

Can I wear my necklace in the water?

Do I wear my beaded necklace in the water? Yes, every single day. BUT, will the necklace last longer if you don’t? Absolutely! most jewelry doesn’t like water. With my eagle eyes I have noticed that with non stop wear, moisture can get trapped underneath the beads creating a very subtle discoloration. In the end, it’s up to you and everybody’s skin/water/adventures react differently.

What is your favorite season?

Spring- the earth is blooming, snow in the mountains, creeks are rushing, flowers are sprouting, and the air is FRESH. My rainbow necklace is “spring on a chain” and I wear it when the grey, winter days of North Idaho need a burst of joy!

And remember, you are lovely.
